It's always free to record an unlimited number of interviews using TalentVX.  Only the interviews you wish to share have a small one-off fee which provides unlimited views for 6 months, or longer if required.

TalentVX provides everyone immediate and measurable productivity gains with zero up front cost and no ongoing commitments.

Currently the recruiter must decide where, when and with whom an interview happens.  TalentVX provides options for the “where”, “when” and with “whom” of interviews.  With TalentVX, all these factors come with options that will lift productivity for your organization, its stakeholders and your candidates.  Below are some TalentVX basic functions;

2. Interview – enables the recording of a Skype Video call with a range of related data collection and management tools

You can record as much or as little of any of your organizations interviews.  The interviews can be remote, over Skype video, or in person. Recording a live interview between the interviewer and candidate captures real and natural dialogue as opposed to a staged, prepared, one way video resume.  All the benefits of a real and adaptable interview are present.  Candidate experiences, skills and strengths can actively be explored by the interviewer and then shared with stakeholders.

The TalentVX Interview Outsourcing function is the on-demand engagement of TalentVX Independent Interviewers, who can be scheduled or be made available for candidates to schedule for interviews as required. 

TalentVX Independent Interviewers are experienced and qualified professional independent business people that come from two different backgrounds

1. HR professionals or recruitment professionals with experience in interviewing, usually degree qualified
2. Specialists with in-depth knowledge of a chosen field, e.g. accounting, nursing, law, psychology, engineering, teaching, a trade etc with a number of years experience in their specialist field and substantial interviewing experience

TalentVX Independent Interviewers set their own price per minute, manage their availability and follow the TalentVX Code of Conduct.  All payments and management is handled by TalentVX, you simply set your organizations TalentVX Independent Interviewer policy and empower your staff to lift their productivity dramatically.   

TalentVX Pricing

TalentVX technology pricing is based on the uploaded interview minutes (and seconds).  This means recording any Skype video interview using the TalentVX Recorder is free.  Only when you upload an interview and data to TalentVX is your pre-paid TalentVX credit account adjusted at the rate per minute determined when you bought TalentVX credit.  Once uploaded the interview can be managed and streamed for 6 months, or longer for a small extended hosting fee.  TalentVX credit lasts for 2 years from the date of purchase.

TalentVX Independent Interviewers pricing is based on their individual quoted price per minute of recorded and uploaded interview.  The minimum TalentVX Independent Interview length is 25 minutes.
