If you examine any interview, two components become apparent. First is the interview data being exchanged, which includes the words and audio/visual information that reach your senses, second is the analysis of the interview, or put another way, interpreting and drawing meaning from the interview data.
TalentVX enables employers, recruiters and their stakeholders to outsource the laborious data collection, administration and simple analysis components of the interview whilst retaining control of the more critical analysis and interpretative component of the interview. This client analysis is aided by TalentVX provided web-based tools that help stakeholders collaboratively analyze, draw meaning and make decisions about the interviews at their individual convenience.
